      Proposal & contract

      A written scope and price built from your drawings, with allowances stated where choices are open.

      Permits

      We prepare the applications your town requires and schedule the inspections.

      Demolition & rough-in

      The old kitchen comes out; framing, plumbing and electrical are completed and inspected.

    7. 07

      Finishes & install

      Drywall, floors, cabinets, counters, tile, lighting and fixtures go in, in sequence.

    8. 08

      Final walkthrough

      Final inspections, a walkthrough with you, and the punch list closed.

    Most homeowners do. We seal the work area, protect the paths our crews use, and can help you set up a temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house. Expect periods without a sink, range or dishwasher while plumbing and electrical work is under inspection.
